...what next!?

-Papermakers: Hiroaki Imai, Shinji Hayashi, and Hiroshi Tamura

What a week it was! While all visitors have left for their corners of the world (Japan, Belgium, England, South Africa, Sweden, Mexico, California, Georgia, Chicago, Virginia, New Jersey and parts unknown) we digest the week.

Do you have a comment about the World Washi Summit or an event you attended or an artwork that inspired you? Have a snapshot to share? Suggestion for follow-up? Let's gather our impressions of "washi seen" to send to the papermakers back in japan!

Links!

Just wanted to pass along a few Summit-related links!

For those interested who didn't catch it in the print version, there was a wonderful article on the Summit in last week's Toronto Star.

There's also a fabulous review (with pictures!) of Monday's papermaking demonstration by our guest Japanese papermakers over at obsessionoftheweek.

Enjoy!
